Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens. Please do your best to be on time so that we can complete your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late or require a service that will infringe on the next client's appointment there is a chance you will not be able to get your haircut. This is considered a missed appointment. If you are a no call/ no show or do not cancel or reschedule online at least 12 hours before your appointment, you will be responsible for paying a fee of 100% of the total services booked.
